We were a small company requiring assistance with billing and some clinical performance improvement activities to assist us in the day-to-day management of our company. The Board of Directors realized that our company did not have the financial resources, personnel, or time to invest in the development of these departments within our organization.

They came highly recommended by our software vendor and I decided to contact them. I was impressed with the very first interview of their group. Not once during the initial interview was money mentioned. Instead, their focus was on the analysis of our company, its structure, our needs and whether they could meet those needs within the company’s financially ability.

That meeting proved to be the wisest investment our company ever made. Until Delta was sold to a larger company, we enjoyed exceptional financial, clinical and consulting support from Terri's group. They became our financial division, a portion of our performance improvement division, and part of our education division. The company provided Delta with prompt, accurate feedback whenever needed. After Delta was sold, the staff continued to practice some of the processes started by the staff.

I highly recommend their services to any agency that requires this type of assistance. The staff was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in all facets of operations. Their staff continues to be fondly remembered by all of the Delta staff including myself and I know they feel proud that some of their established practices are still being maintained by the staff today.
