F.O.R.C.E. (Founded on Regulatory Compliance & Ethics) was founded in 2005 by John Lewis and Randy Forrest. After 5 years of collaborating on a number of projects under their individual companies, Lewis and Forrest formed F.O.R.C.E. to create a comprehensive healthcare consulting firm. Collectively the partners have over 60 years experience in the healthcare arena, contributing the diversity of their backgrounds to provide for balanced and effective consulting services to their clients.
Mr. Lewis holds the distinction of being a nationally certified CCP (Certified Compliance Professional), CHC (Certified Healthcare Compliance), and CCE (Certified Compliance Executive). Enhancing his educational background, he has extensive and authoritative experience in the fields of Medicare Issues & Negotiations, Regulatory State and Federal Compliance, Funds Recapture, Certification, Cost Reporting, Licensure and Quality Assurance.
Mr. Forrest, has a considerable and diverse background in healthcare finance, with a specialization in third party reimbursement. His experience includes ten years of auditing and overseeing the audit staff for a fiscal intermediary. He then joined the private sector as a Reimbursement Specialist for a major operator of acute care hospitals. Subsequently, he accepted and carried out the function of CFO in a home health entity.
Together the senior partners of F.O.R.C.E. form an effective and compelling team who, along with their associates, assist healthcare providers in acquiring maximum results in their reimbursements from Federal and State Funded Healthcare Programs, while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethics.
